8:04 pm. four case summaries, with more than a week to finish it — and what did i do? what else : i procrastrinate. i’m just about to start on my assignment now [and here i am clicking my time away by blogging]

this week, i gave myself  a caffeine break. unfortunately, this lead to an uncontrollable binge-eating frenzy that reversed two weeks’ worth of dieting. [uggh!] tomorrow, i’m back at square one. and this time, i’m drinking my coffee.
